The case has some scuffs, and inside the velvet 2 places lightly coming up, but can be glued back. The saxophone features closed hole keys with a mother of pearl key inlay and new 4C mouthpiece, offering smooth playing experience. It comes in a bundle that includes mouthpiece, neck strap, Lyre, wind cleaning brush, music book PW21XE with cover missing and possibly first page - corners bent, but all sheets appear to be complete the book, Yamaha case, making it ideal for beginners advanced players alike. Scratches from normal wear and tear can be seen on the instrument mouth piece, piece is missing some cork.

None of which effects it sound. The Yamaha YAS 200AD Alto Saxophone is a gold-colored instrument with medium bore size and lacquered finish. I've taken photos from every angel, and tried my best to capture all scuffs blemishes. One small dent on the bottom of instrument.
