There is also a small something piece that fits into the where neck should be, but I am not sure what it. This is a rare 1949 Rev C SML Alto Saxophone. The tech described it as playing fast. This could probably be removed but I don't want to ruin any part of the varnish.

This comes with a case, mouthpiece cover, and ligature. You can see it in the photos. I know these can go all over the board but will consider offers. It is found in really good condition and after checking with a Facebook group local store, this was to be very save for few cosmetic defects the pitting on the bell missing rubber stopper low Eb key.

The neck matches the horn, both stamped with serial 7330, which makes it easy to match year. When it was played by someone in the store, had a very biting and bright sound that would cut through any mix quickly. Holy Molly what a horn. There are no significant dents or bumps that can be found.

There is some sharpie writing on the lower part of bell see photos.
